What we collect and why
We collect name, email, phone, property address, and the description of the inspection so we can prepare a quote, assign an inspector, perform the inspection, and send the protocol. Optional file attachments support the same purpose.
Legal bases are performance of a contract or steps before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b), legitimate interest in answering customer-service questions (art. 6.1.f), and legal obligation when bookkeeping or construction law requires a record (art. 6.1.c). We do not sell personal data for third-party marketing.
We keep customer data for the life of the assignment and for a reasonable time after that, including the time needed for legal claims and statutory archives. Security measures include access control, supplier contracts, and encrypted transport of forms.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection. Write to info@besiktningsman.se or call 010-165 40 00. You may lodge a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
